Fizi\u010dka aktivnost, poput \u0161etnje, tr\u010danja ili sporta, osloba\u0111a hormone sre\u0107e i smanjuje napetost, dok kvalitetan san i pauze tokom u\u010denja pobolj\u0161avaju koncentraciju i pam\u0107enje.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1722\">Podr\u0161ka okoline je nezamenjiva. Razgovor sa roditeljima, prijateljima ili nastavnicima mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u smanjenju ose\u0107aja izolovanosti i pritiska. Otvorena komunikacija omogu\u0107ava deljenje problema i tra\u017eenje re\u0161enja, \u0161to ja\u010da emocionalnu otpornost i samopouzdanje.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1985\">Tehnike opu\u0161tanja, kao \u0161to su ve\u017ebe disanja, meditacija ili mindfulness, tako\u0111e poma\u017eu u smanjenju stresa. Fokusiranje na sada\u0161nji trenutak i kontrola disanja omogu\u0107avaju u\u010denicima da se nose sa napetim situacijama, umesto da ih preplave ose\u0107aji anksioznosti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2319\">Na kraju, va\u017eno je podsetiti se da stres nije znak slabosti, ve\u0107 prirodna reakcija na izazove.
