Trim has developed a series of high-voltage testing devices \u2014 Spark testers \u2014 primarily intended for the automotive industry, as well as other industries for testing individual products under high voltage. These devices are used to verify the continuity of installed insulated conductors, the quality of connections, and the insulation quality of conductors and joints.
\nIn addition to basic high-voltage testing, the devices enable other operations in accordance with product and user requirements. The process is fully automated after the product is placed in the device, with no operator influence on the testing sequence.
\nBy adding an industrial computer and dedicated software, we have enabled unique tracking of each tested item, test result archiving, and full traceability. The device can also be connected to higher-level user systems.<\/p>\n

The system is modular, allowing adaptation to different applications and products through electrode changes in the working area, additional devices, and software modifications.<\/p>\n<\/div>
