Standard systems include 2 to 8 dosing units, while systems with more than 8 units can be designed on request, either as standalone solutions or integrated into mixing stations.

Special mixers ensure uniform blending of colour with the main material, while PDC and PPM electronic systems enable precise dosing control with an accuracy of ±0.5% or better, with full synchronisation with the extrusion line.

Plasticolor dosing units are adapted for a wide range of materials, including granulates, masterbatches, recycled materials, dry PVC blends, pellets, flakes, plastic powders, and agglomerates.
