Trim is the regional representative of Easydur, a company that has been manufacturing equipment for all types of mechanical testing since 1985. Easydur equipment is used in the cable industry, plastics and pipe industry, metallurgy, component and subassembly production for railway vehicles, and the automotive industry.

All testing equipment is manufactured entirely in Italy, including mechanical parts, load cells, and software. This is one of the key advantages of Easydur equipment, reflected in short delivery times and high flexibility. All machines can be adapted to the individual needs of the user, or custom-built for non-standard testing according to specific customer requirements, making it possible to solve virtually any product quality control challenge.

Thanks to cooperation with research centres and universities, Easydur has developed particular expertise in the production of universal testing machines for tensile strength testing, tensile testers, as well as compression, bending, elasticity, and elongation testing. The range also includes hardness testers with integrated high-resolution cameras, Charpy pendulum impact testers, and specialised visual inspection devices, profile projectors, for the analysis of profiles and springs.

In recent years, special focus has been placed on the development of equipment for ultra-high-frequency dynamic testing, with increased performance and maximum savings in energy and operating costs. In this context, video extensometers are increasingly used instead of manual ones, as they provide greater precision. They eliminate the effect of sample slipping, remove the possibility of contact between the device and the sample, and reduce the risk of equipment damage when samples break.

All mechanical testing machines are manufactured in line with the requirements of Industry 4.0, enabling users to implement a “Zero Defects” policy in the production process. They provide 100% production control and can be integrated into new or existing production lines. Depending on the field of application, the complete Easydur testing equipment programme is divided into three segments: testing equipment for the metallurgical sector, spring testing machines, and equipment for testing railway vehicle components.
