Trim’s labelling system, System 1 with tamper-evident label, is a high-tech device for automatic label application on caps, cylindrical packaging, and regular rectangular packaging. It enables the automatic application of security labels on caps and closures of food products, protecting the manufacturer from product opening before it reaches the end customer. At the same time, it provides an additional step in the marketing improvement of the product.
Main Advantages
The labelling system is a flexible solution for marking cylindrical and rectangular packaging, such as glass and plastic bottles, cans, and similar containers. It is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industries. Thanks to the integrated conveyor, it can operate as a standalone unit or as part of an existing line (fillers, packaging machines) enabling full process automation.
How Does System 1 with Tamper-Evident Label Work?

The system includes an automatic labelling machine connected to a conveyor, which enables simultaneous product transport and label application. This significantly speeds up the process and reduces the need for manual product handling.
Direct Printing on the Product
It is compatible with Videojet inkjet printers, which enable the printing of alphanumeric codes, production dates, lot numbers, expiry dates, or other variable data directly on the label, cap, closure, or packaging body. This saves additional time, as labelling and marking are performed simultaneously.
