Semi-automatic sealing machine
MR CS 600
Small manufacturers often need to protect liquid, paste-like, or powdered products against leakage and air ingress. This challenge is solved by a semi-automatic device for sealing protective foil beneath the cap. The operator performs the sealing manually with the help of the semi-automatic sealer, one product at a time.
With a semi-automatic sealer, the bottle or container being sealed must be centred under the induction head after the sealing time and output power have been set. If the product to be sealed has a screw cap, it only needs to be centred at a defined distance beneath the induction head.
If there is no screw cap, pressure must be applied to the closure in order to perform the sealing, with pneumatic movement of the induction head.
