X-ray X38 Series

The X38 pipeline X-ray detector is used for inspecting creamy and paste-like products, as well as gels, ensuring product safety before final packaging and protecting your brand. The X38 pipeline system can detect contaminants such as glass, metal, mineral stone, calcified bone, and high-density plastic and rubber compounds.

Automatic Calibration
Automatic calibration is completed in less than 20 seconds, maximising continuous uptime.

Robust Design
The robust system design enables easy access to all parts. The standard IP69* protection rating allows pressure washdown with water.

Reject Mechanism
Various fully integrated, high-speed automatic reject valves are available. The correct selection depends on a number of factors, such as the type of environment, line speed, and product type.
