C21 StandardLine
The C21 in-line checkweigher, with throughput of up to 100 packs/min, a weighing range of up to 80 kg, and conveyor speeds of up to 90 m/min, represents an economical and efficient solution for inspecting large and heavy products.
This linear dynamic checkweigher is suitable for dry working environments and for checking the weight of large packages, such as outer cardboard boxes at the end of the production line. With an open structure made of powder-coated steel, this checkweigher is easy to install and clean.
The system is operated via a 7-inch multilingual touchscreen positioned in front of the conveyor, enabling production monitoring through available statistical functions.
It features more than ten communication protocols, including Ethernet, Fieldbus, and OPC technology, providing one of the most complete packages of available data collection tools. It also supports Industry 4.0 integration projects.
