C35 AdvancedLine

With a capacity of up to 600 packs per minute, a weighing range from 3 g to 10 kg, and high weighing accuracy, the C35 AdvancedLine in-line checkweigher is positioned at the very top of product weight control technology.

The system is operated via a 12-inch touchscreen, adjustable in terms of tilt, with a choice of one of 30 languages.

Special conveyors and product transfer options enable optimal handling of unstable and open products, such as jars, trays, and cans. The C35 AdvancedLine is designed to maximise production line efficiency, uptime, and quality.

It features more than ten communication protocols, including Ethernet, Fieldbus, and OPC technology, providing one of the most complete packages of available data collection tools. It also supports Industry 4.0 integration projects.

It is available as a combined system with a metal detector. The combination system is designed to use as little space as possible. It is ideal as a key control point for the highest product quality and brand reputation protection.
