With throughput of up to 200 packs per minute, a weighing range from 20 g to 6 kg, and high precision, the C31 in-line dynamic checkweigher is an excellent solution for efficient and reliable product weight control.

The reliability and precision of this checkweigher enable its use in many industrial production processes. A wide selection of conveyors and product handling systems ensures optimal transfer of open products such as jars, trays, and cans.

The system is operated via a 7-inch multilingual touchscreen positioned in front of the checkweigher, ensuring maximum user safety.

The C31 checkweigher is designed for long-term operation and maximum reliability in dry, wet, and demanding working environments. Special washdown-resistant conveyors enable regular cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards.

It features more than ten communication protocols, including Ethernet, Fieldbus, and OPC technology, providing one of the most complete packages of available data collection tools. It also supports Industry 4.0 integration projects.
